Track any of 18 individual metrics on activity status, equipment status, work progress, review status, and scheduling conflicts. 
Status nametags and date ranges can be customized to meet your company’s need. 
Associated details are available by drilling down through each status or alert section header.

At the nucleus of PREMO PAS, the Master Task Data module keeps you up to date on every detail of your facility’s scheduled activities.

Schedule Forecasting

Build schedule forecasts for the week, month, year or any date range you specify. 
Results can be reviewed and edited before exporting to either Primavera P3 or Microsoft Project. 

Task Change Request

Allow users to make activity change requests on-line.  Keeps a detailed history on changes made to the program. 
Assign approval and review rights on an individual or Department level.  Each field change turns red to help reviews identify which items the initiator is requesting change.

 Performance History

Track completed work by activity or component. Work can include scheduled, unscheduled canceled, passed/failed activities.
Information that can be captured includes: Start date/time, completed date/time. pass or fail, skipped, partial completion, remarks, job duration, test equipment used, and components tested.

 Update Task Status

Issue PM Cards™ directly from PREMO PAS to initiate work instead of  your burdensome Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Update activity status as it happens,  with schedule recalculations made as soon as your entry is posted,

PREMO PAS provides a complete range of ‘canned’ reports to help manage your PM program.
However, to better meet your needs we have added an advanced reporting module that enables you to create your own custom reports, report definitions, and report groups.
