Workshops
We offer three different reliability workshops: 1-day, 3-day, and 10-day. Our comprehensive courses introduce and teach you concepts, and skills, that will aid your Reliability Centered Maintenance.
1-DAY INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP
Our 1-day workshop introduces the student to Equipment Reliability Centered Maintenance concepts and methods. It is designed for Maintenance Managers, PM Coordinators, Shop Supervisors and anyone seeking basic reliability knowledge for their company. This workshop is also beneficial to anyone involved in assessing outside services and tools to help in their company’s equipment reliability program startup.
Participants will conduct analysis on a typical item of equipment using Streamlined RCM. All analysis steps are addressed including System Analysis, Failure Mode Analysis, PM Task Selection, Non-Critical Evaluation, Performance Grouping and Implementation. This course can include PREMO XPERTS® and CMMS integration training.
Each participant receives a comprehensive source workbook developed specifically for this workshop. Written in an easy-to-read style, this indexed workbook will allow for a better understanding of the large amounts of information presented during the course.
Our 1-day workshop is usually conducted on-site with up to 25 participants. Special arrangements can be made to hold the workshop in an alternate location.

3-DAY PRACTITIONER WORKSHOP
This workshop develops and improves the skills required to successfully perform equipment reliability improvement activities. It provides an overview on the analysis process, explores alternative methodologies and details a comprehensive and practical approach to improving reliability.
It is intended for anyone participating directly or indirectly in analysis or implementation. This includes engineers, technicians, consultants, program managers, production managers, planners, operators, and others interested in learning equipment reliability improvement activities.
Participants will conduct analysis on a site-specific system using the three ARI methods. The workshop includes the all the material in the 1-day workshop plus an in-depth practical exercise. All analysis steps are performed including Plant level analysis, system level analysis, Failure Mode Analysis, PM Task Selection, Non-Critical Evaluation, Performance Grouping and Implementation.
This course normally includes PREMO XPERTS® and CMMS integration training.
Each participant receives a comprehensive source workbook developed specifically for this workshop. Written in an easy-to-read style, this indexed workbook of the large amounts of information presented during the course.
Our 3-day workshop is conducted on-site with up to 15 participants.

10-DAY TEAM LEADING & FACILITATOR WORKSHOP
The Team Leading & Facilitator Workshop provides participants with the skills, techniques and strategies they need to in order to successfully fulfill the leader's role in ARI teams. It is designed for managers responsible for implementing ARI programs within their company. The workshop topics include:
